Our sub-station volunteers are located at 6155 Eastex Freeway inside Parkdale Mall. These volunteers are available to the public during regular business hours. They assist citizens with all types of information like:

• Numbers to call for services such as 211 or 311.

• Contact numbers for the various specialized units within the police department depending on what the individual's needs are.

• They hand out various informational pamphlets from auto theft prevention, home safety, and hurricane preparedness.
